About Shef

     I am Shefthol Curtis, and I have over 16 years of both USAF Food Service and Culinary experience.  The owner of this catering company and a mobile food truck

     As an Airman in the Air force, I spent my externship at The School House, Lackland AFB, San Antonio TX, primarily in the Kitchen and their full buffet Dining Hall. Upon graduation, I did short and long term duties at various bases around the world winning awards, certificates, plaques, and trophies. I learned the secrets of cooking, and preparing for large groups/functions in a dining facility.

     I had the great fortune to prepare dinner for a friend one night in Hampton, VA. Then I was offered a second opportunity to display my  for her family and friends. I decided to put my talents and efforts to use, and started my own Personal Chef business called A "Shef" for 2. Business has blossomed, and word quickly spread overnight.
